Replace the cell, not the whole battery
A forklift battery is a set of 2V cells wired in series. When one cell weakens, run times drop and the whole battery struggles, even if every other cell is healthy.
We test each cell, identify the ones letting the battery down and replace them individually. It is often the most cost effective way to get a truck back to a full shift.
